For patients wanting an appointment:
Because Golden City Surgical is a specialist practice, all patients will need a referral from another Doctor to make an appointment and receive their medicare benefit back from the government.
A referral from your General Practicioner (GP) will usually be valid for 12 months. In special circumstances your GP might agree to offer you an indefinite referral.
Referrals from another specialist Doctor are only valid for 3 months. After your first visit we may ask you to see your GP for a new referral so that you can come back and see us again.
If you already have a referral, please call us on 03 5407 2228, and we will arrange to make you an appointment.
